For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
• Items returned without prior approval.
• Products purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the original seller).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Sip Up.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

6. Exchanges

We only replace products that are:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective
• Incorrectly shipped
